All orders are processed within 24 business hours of confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are prepared the same business day.

Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to check the status of the shipment in real time.

Shipping conditions

No shipments are made on weekends or holidays. Delivery times may be affected during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond logistical control.

The customer is responsible for correctly providing the shipping details. In case of an error in the address or impossibility of delivery, the costs derived from a reshipment will be borne by the customer.

Any incident related to the order must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.
