REFUNDS POLICY

Return Policy – Vero Glasses

At Vero Glasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for making a return

For a return to be accepted, the glasses must:

* Be unused and in perfect condition.
* Retain all original accessories, including case, cleaning cloth, and original packaging.
* Show no signs of use, scratches, dents, or damage.
* Include the corresponding proof of purchase or order number.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Products not eligible for return

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for:

* Used or handled products.
* Items damaged due to misuse.
* Gift cards.
* Customized or limited edition products made to order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email if the return has been approved.

If approved:

* The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
* The process may take between 3 and 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
3. Keep in mind that some refunds may take several days to be reflected.

Sale items

Items purchased on promotion or sale may also be returned, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description or promotional campaign.

Exchanges for defective or damaged products

We only offer free exchanges in case of:

* Factory defective product.
* Damage caused during shipping.

Return shipping costs

* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
* We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without traceability.

Vero Glasses reserves the right to reject fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant returns that do not meet the conditions described above.
